JSR is developing materials used in semiconductor manufacturing by utilizing the chemical technology cultivated over many years. We meet diverse market needs with high quality such as photoresists, multilayer hard masks, packaging materials, and CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization) materials. The miniaturization of semiconductors continues to evolve, and extremely advanced technology is required to develop the materials.
We are working to create competitive products by fusing JSR's chemical technology cultivated in the field of electronic materials with the academic fields related to statistical mechanics, quantum theory, and simulation technology at The University of Tokyo, Graduate School of Science, Department of Physics.
